At Azza Fahmy, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our handcrafted jewellery and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team or visit our online returns portal within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewellery in its original Azza Fahmy signature packaging, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Collection

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and schedule a collection with our designated courier or drop it off at an authorized boutique.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master artisans inspect the piece for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
